Peace deal bullshittery

So i as Portugal manage to single handedly encircle dozens of divisions multiple times in northern Africa, naval invade Britain to end the war after encircling tons of divisions in Britain many times, get 15% war score, but in the peace conference i dont get a single thing! I don't care about mainland Britain i just wanted to expand my morrocan puppet and connect my two south african holdings to each other, that's it. But everyone took everything in the conference.

Long term known issue, the war participation score is scored very badly...you get way more credit for taking casualties than you do causing them. The fact that you encircled dozens of divisions doesn't help you at all.

Use "Player led peace conference" mod, or one of the other many overhaul mods that incorporates it. My personal favorite is Total War, but ymmv.
