Here's something I don't understand in peace conference. When the AI set ups a supervised state, it raises world tension. Fine. But when it gives the core territories of that state back to that state, it reduces world tension. Again, I can understand that. When I try to do the same, adding cores back to the state raises world tension. So I end up as the bad guy and get kicked from the Allies, despite the fact that I was defending myself and just freed an entire country. Am I missing a trick?
