in vannila i am with sweden and norway at war against novgrod. i made a peace agreement where sweden gets kola. but somehow kola become my(denmark) province

It's a known bug. Alliance leader always gets the colonies. For Sweden to get it, you'll have to try and force them to make a separate peace.
