PDXCON Ticket Refund

Hi everybody,

I won't be able to go to PDXCON 2019 due the personal reasons and I would like to return tickets. I tried to reach anybody from Discord but I was ignored. I am trying to reach support by pdxcon@om.events several weeks now but I didn't get any response.

Can someone help me please?

I've forwarded this to our event manager and she will contact our event partner to check what the status is. If you haven't heard from them for several weeks please send them a new mail and let us know if they don't acknowledge that.

Thank you. I write them letters every monday since 2nd september (2, 9, 16), today I wrote them a new one 5 hours ago but didn't get answer yet.
