I saw the email when I came out of the meeting, but clicking the link shows:
The form PDXCON 2018 Megagame Sign Up is no longer accepting responses.

Does that mean i was too late? It's already full?

The registration included the following video to explain what it was about:

Instead of a modern alien invasion it will have the thirty year's war as it's theme, with the participating nations being austria, the electoral states and three trading entities (can only remember the Hansa and the Fuggers from the top of my head), with the last ones having different mechanics then the countries.

while that would be a megagame, pdxcon would have to last well over a month to do it , plus we would need Vicky 3 to get from EU4 to HOI4
