PDXCON google form not working

Hey guys,
Clicked the link this morning, but I can't enter any data into the fields.
The radio buttons are working and it looks like I can click on the Submit button, but can't type into any of the fields.
Thought it was an IE problem, so tried Firefox - no go there either.
Even installed Chrome and still not able to type in anything.

Any ideas?

For those who've encountered the same issue - there's a fix.
Click on "Submit". The page will moan at you saying nothing is filled in, then all the empty fields will be marked red - but editable.
Enter your details and click "Submit" again.

Odd, with Firefox, worked well for me.
