Lessons for next year for Paradox:

• Send out the mail with the codes a few hours before so that people don't miss out on tickets due to the paradox mailserver deciding to send codes first to someone else. I had to wait several minutes to get my mail with code and might have missed the chance at Emperor because of it.
• If you have a queue and basket system, then make sure to reserve tickets when you add them to the basket so that tickets don't go to those that can fill in their information faster even if they got through the queue 5-10 minutes later than you.

maybe make 4 days , with 2 days for emperors for 1 day extra to 2 days king. ( half of emperors on one day the other half 2nd day)

Yeah would have loved to have a real basket . Queque was nice. But would have been annoying trying to go emperor then see that king also was sold out.

But better to sell too little then need to cancel emperor tickets

Indeed. Also opened a support ticket without any luck. With the queuing I was expecting the basket to reserve some time like all other venues and concerts I attend.
It feels like someone stole my ticket from my basket and ran away with it while waiting in line for payment. If I knew it wasn't reserving my ticket I would have rushed the form. Next time please accept my money first and ask questions later. There goes my Gold/Emperor hattrick

Couldn't go for the Emperor ticket anyways this year... so got my King ticket.

According to a Tweet from Paradox, it took only 8 min! (They must be really really limited.) Edit: Okay, apparently there were only 50 Emperor Tickets available.

Do note that, unless i'm mistaken, it wasn't Paradox selling the tickets directly. Like last year.

Already long over when PDXCon starts and happens in Munich. In Berlin there are many good places to eat & drink, the one or two Munich style beer halls that exist in Berlin are not really my favorite

Btw does anyone know (or can PDX tell us) when we do get the vouchers for the free expansions/DLCs that are included with the Emperor ticket?

They will be in the goody bag. Says so in the FAQ and also been that way for the cons.
