For those who don't know the "subjects" tab in the diplomacy/country menu is mapped to +. The problem is that + is also mapped to "increase speed" but only when you are not in the diplomacy menu. For me I have my extra mouse buttons custom mapped to controlling speed (G700) +, -, and SPACE. So whenever I'm in the diplomacy menu looking at income, or checking other countries allies, technology etc. and I decide to increase speed it jumps the tab to subjects instead of what I want it to do. It's really annoying whenever it happens (which is all the time).
Tried looking through the files to find the hotkey file but couldn't find anything. If anyone knows how to remap hotkeys shoot a reply. Otherwise I hope the guys at PDS read this and have a go at it.
