My previous experience tells me that in this situation, new viewers cannot access the stream nor chat, but those who are already in the channel can watch the stream and chat without issues.

Meh personnally I didn't really enjoy this week. All the change to rivals did was justify the HRE gangbanging Scandinavia, next session will be the same with another part of the world. Instead of splitting the HRE it just launched their world conquest campaign...
