PDF Manuals for "Mandate of Heaven" and "Third Rome"?

Does anyone have links to PDF manuals fo "Mandate of Heaven" and "Third Rome"? I have manual for all the previous expansion but can't find these.

As far as I am aware they have not been making them for the last several expansions.

Considering how often they update stuff I think manuals would be kinda useless.

They "took over" the eu4wiki in 2014 though. After that the wiki is made official, the separate and hard-to-update PDF files are probably redundant.

The Mandate of Heaven manual is actually eluding us, I'll be back when I track it down.

Thank you! I know there's a lot in the Wiki, but having a manual for each expansion really helps to re-learn the game as is changes.

The manual is pretty good. Didn't even know those were a thing.

But the wiki is at least capable of being updated and tweaked at any time. A PDF manual is static.
