Normally you can uninstall from within "Programs and Features" of the configuration panel, beside that there are driver cleaner programs available that also can uninstall the drivers for you. Anyway, it's handy to keep the drivers up to date or at least to regularly (once in 1 to 3 months) check whether or not newer drivers are available, especially when you're encountering problems with gaming.
