[PC 2.3 BTOF] Converter runtime error

Good morning, as the title says, when I try to convert my ironman magyar game i get a runtime error.
This happens only for this save, because in other cases i can get the conversion (although with some errors).

I would like to know if this is a problem of corrupt savegame or if the entire game is corrupted.

Also another question Are Viceroyalties disabled in elective monarchy?

That game crashed on convert for me too, so I'll log a new bug on that.
