PBEM Servers down?

My friends and I cannot seem to login to the AOW servers (DK - EU)
Just us?

From Online Multiplayer menu, when pressing the [PBEM - Beta] button, we get: "Cannot connect to server - please try again later".

Given the date, I certainly don't hope I've missed news that they are shutting down or anything like that?

Servers are down, yes.

I couldn't find any info regarding how long or why.

Paradox devs probably on holiday break and nobody notices that the server is down.

I think this may be a Triumph issue rather than Paradox ... can you try contacting them directly please?

Ps.: What would be the correct person to ping? I checked on the "moderator list", but it just says: "Sorry, this forum has no moderators."...
Pps.: It only seems to be the PBEM servers and oddly enough they might have stopped working on new year, more or less exactly, some date issues maybe?

What do you mean "contact them directly"?
You guys shut down the Triumph forums a while ago - with an explicit pointer to come to this forum.

You bought the thing, now please take care of it. Somebody at Paradox should know better than us who to contact.
