payment for after dark pre order refused

I just tried to order after dark and carefully verified the payment information but it said refused by Adylen or whatever there name is. How do I fix this the card works just fine with everyone else. I tried the order twice.

I just tried again and it still doesn’t work. I wonder if some server somewhere along the line needs some attention.

Might be related to the product not actually being for sale yet? (ie it's not the 24th yet anywhere? I wasn't aware you could pre-order it anywhere)

I recall it being said there was no pre-order, so it is probably a mistake.

I think it was @TotalyMoo that said it.

They may have changed their mind because I noticed on the Steam forums that some people have already pre-ordered successfully.

Glad to hear it finally worked, congratulations on your purchase. Yeah I guess they changed their minds cause I remember that too, or maybe all along they planned to do it...but only day or two ahead of time as more of a making sure sales process worked then a true pre-order with mass marketing behind it, so was maybe a communication thing were they just meant no long in advance pre-ordering but didn't say that.

Yeah I thought something like that to. It is a good idea to let us start ordering a couple of days early to reveal any problems in their order portal before release day.
