Paulicianism? Holy order? When is the crusading era

As byzantine paulician I can create "militarize" holy order of the sepulchre but when I do they dont pop up in the holy order tab. They do get vassalize but nothing happen.

Also does autocephalous means priest bishops and prince bishoprics dont pay tax to me? if im the patriach of paulicianism

Also there are already some jihad. Im not sure when crusading era happens
