Patching to 1.04 Question

I've been playing with 1.02, and since I had read about all the issues with 1.03 as far as MP was concerned, my friend and I never bothered to update to 1.03...

Now, 1.04 is out...can we go from 1.02 to 1.04 without 1.03?
Or just reinstall fresh, and go straight to 1.04?

If not, where can I get 1.03 to DL...it's no longer on Paradox's website.

Yes you can. I went from 1,02 to 1,04 myself.
I think all new patches have "everything" that all previus patches has got already.

You can go from 1.02 to 1.04 but the best thing is a reinstall. Backup your savegames if you want to keep them
