Patch notes for hotfix patch 1.15.0-f7

Hi all! We have a quick hotfix patch for PC fixing the following issues. Thank you for your patience on this!

• Fixed broken Plazas & Promenades appID on Epic causing DLCs to fail to load
• Fixed buildings with events not working affecting:
  • ChirpX Launch Site
  • Festival Area (Concerts)
  • Football Stadium (Match Day)
  • Camp Nou, Juventus, Parc des Princes, and Stamford Bridge (Stadiums)
  • Aquatics Center, Basketball Arena, Track and Field Stadium, Baseball Park, and American Football Stadium (Campus)

Unfourtunately the traffic light issues were not fixed.

Ok, I'm not the only one that had the problems with the traffic lights, it seems to be if there are traffic lights on the same segment on a different node, the other node won't have the traffic lights. Also, on the new one way roads, the traffic lights also face the wrong way

I reported this issue to Colossal Order already. They said that they are investigating the issue. I am not using these roads until this update is fixed.

Fair enough, I think nearly all of the roads may be affected, I'm testing it out now

Basically have to put an extra node inbetween intersections if there isn't, that's how I've been getting the lights to work

The traffic light bug is also affecting the placement of gantries on the highways. Normally, highway gantries appear only when constructing an exit ramp from the highway. However, the bug has caused highway gantries to appear in areas where entrance ramps and highways intersect, as well as areas where the highway transitions from ground to elevated (including ground to bridge) or ground to tunnel.

Is there a way to roll back the patches? You should include an option to not install patches. They seem to create more problems than do anything good. I guess the saying if it's not broken, don't try to fix it applies.

Also, as I've found out, the traffic light bug is also with rail crossings

To combat this, use the upgrade tool and upgrade the road, have the arrow point away from the crossing, and upgrade the road back to the road you want. No more traffic light.
