Patch eta?

I heard that there is an end of June patch coming, and was just wondering if anyone new of the eta for said patch. I've completed my last play through, and am waiting on the patch before starting a new one.

Also if anyone knows of a list of changes coming in said patch, a link or pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Not by Paradox, but a list of changes nonetheless.

Also, if you're waiting because you don't want your game to break, it wont.
If you're waiting because you want the changes to come in, then I don't know when it comes out except for the end of June.

please dont limit development level increase so that you can only make one tier the same as the other combined, I like having specialised provinces...

Me too, if CIV (specially CIV V) and newer TOTAL WAR games ever told me something, is this : Specialize the damm provinces!
