Is it possible for a mod to make a patch list megathread so all the dev updates can be in one spot? I find it had trying to locate each patch list and Steam seems to be a little late in posting the lists.

No he means a list of all currently existing bugs. Kerberos stated they will not release such a list. So someone has to do it if hes in good mood.
