Pretty excited to see the planned revamps for Soviets, Italy and Poland! I'd also love to see the Espionage system expanded, too. <3

The problem is that half of the Republican focus tree is blocked off if they don't get any volunteers. Historical accuracy or not, the volunteers are necessary in-game.

Then change the requirements to progess through the Republican tree instead of doing ahistorical things.
