Bug fixes you have been waiting for, and a lot of updated techs as well.

- Updated starting techs for: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Nationalist Spain, Republican Spain, Sweden, Turkey & Yugoslavia.
- Fuel and Supply consumption increases from technology gains are now percentage instead of absolute.
- Increased fuel-usage by about 15% for all units.
- Fixed research progress, could start do diverge, making it impossible to finish.
- Research efficiency techs now work properly.

I'd like to see a tech that would increase a HQ's radio range.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, there's no tech that increases an infantry's morale. I'd like to see that one too.

So how are countries supposed to get the extra fuel? Only a few have access to oil, smaller countries never have enough for conversion, and trade is limited. Since you're not making money.. there no way to trade oil.

The answer is to build more & more infantry units?

So how are countries supposed to get the extra fuel?
Even the "heavily mechanized" nations had fuel problems and only some mechanized/motorized units. It's way too easy to get all the fuel you'll ever need in 1.3, which makes things like Barbarossa kind of pointless.

I'd even ask for a slight increase in rares requirement for IC, but that might need too much time to rebalance.

I think Medical Evacuation in the Secret Super Science tab does that. Just after helicopters.
You're right, I stand corrected. It was too secret and I haven't noticed it. :D

But still I'd like to see a more accessible technology, like there is for Arm and Mot, for example.

all great except the increase in oil requirement

its hard enough to find oil in the americas as it is, and as britain nd plenty of other countries.

i've lost count of the amount of times my oil number has switched between red and green.

PLEASE make rares SLIGHTLY more common and oil a bit more common as well.

small countries are too much of a pushover.
