Is the 9b1f checksum for the 1.4 patch and DLC, or just the 1.4 patch?

AWESOME!!!

@podcat - Now that the air war have been worked on, what are the appropriate sizes for air wings? Will they attack targets as individual planes, as flights or as the entire wing?

This looks fantastic. I have a few questions:

- Added silly king renaming cities events instead of fixing the AI

You added a silly king? Rather than fixing the AI? Please explain.

- Fixed the bug when civil war side received only dead-zombie divisions

Dead-zombie divisions? http://www.monstersandcritics.com/lists/humor/top-10-ways-to-kill-a-zombie/

- Fixed a place where illegal memory could be accessed, potentially triggering the birth of a new chaos god

So sad. I was enjoying sacrificing to the chaos god.

- Fixed potential CTD/memory corruption in updatefrontdata averting the chaos gods once again

Chaos gods? There was more than one?

Again, thank you for this great update!

Yay! Can the next DLC focus on East Asia? I really feel that it's lacking, I felt a suprisingly bored by the time I conquered the entire Soviet Union, East Asia, and India as Japan. Flavor events and such would really help fix that, and above all accurately depicting Japan's evolution from the most democratic nation in the east to a military dictatorship with a figurehead Emperor.

Read the patch notes. The bigger the air wing the better. Or at least the side with more planes in a fight has a good amount of bonus that scales the more you outnumber your opponent.

Thank you, reading all of the notes and understanding all of the notes are two different things entirely!!! LOL

Thanks for the DLC and patch, good work on the improvements. I particularly love the ability to request a production license and upgrade equipment !

However, I must admit I am a bit disappointed, because there are so many few 'simple' things that are still not solved, for example :
- still no 2D picture for jets, but we have 3D models for minor countries... what is the reasoning behind it ?
- still very limited intel data on other countries : the intel panel in the diplo screen is rather pointless. The intel added on the war interface is clearly insufficient : the fielded manpower, number and type of divisions, number of tanks, planes, guns... shall be provided in this screen. The data is available in the game, is there any reason NOT to show it ?
- still no way to keep track of the number/type number of destroyed equipment (tanks, planes, ships) : the data is all over the place in the combat log, in the naval combat report and the air warfare statistics. But if I want to know how the war is going, I need to pause the game and dig through all the mentionned menus and logs, which have a healthy amount of inconsistencies.

I appreciate the work done on the patch and specially on a few troublesome issues (like AI units shuffling on the front, units using naval transport repeatedly..). I still need to see for myself how these improvements actually appear in the game, but overall it does seem better. The above changes (and so many more in the Suggestions forum) may seem 'secondary', but some of them clearly improve the experience and immersion of the player (ie, satisfaction of the 500k+ customers).

Thanks.

- AI Germany still declares war at ahistorical dates against the entire world, charges the Maginot or gets stuck trying to handle a two-front war
- Still can't manage production templates wisely (e.g. https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...onts-war-1-4-dod.1028299/page-4#post-22959541)
- Multiple national focuses bugged or just simply don't work; features from TfV not updated to match features introduced in DoD
- AI still spams naval invasions against coasts at war start
- Air combat isn't really "redone" at all, all you did was improve the UI
- China buff is an easy, sloppy workaround to the often lopsided 2nd Sino-Japanese War

really frustrating tbh

"Its now possible to stop being capitulated"

That is such an inelegant clause and its is the possessive, think you intended to use it's which is a contraction of it is. Could I suggest instead:

It's now possible to cancel capitulation
