I have seen a lot of weird stuff like that in game.

It's been fixed in 1.2 they say so. Hurrah :D

I'd appreciate the screen scroll function to gradually increase instead of going from zero to max. in other games, when the mouse is moved near the edges of the screen, the screen moves a little in that direction. Move to the very edge of the screen, and the screen moves faster. In HoI3, the screen goes from zero to max with no transition, making shifts in the map jarring and dizzying over the term.

What i would like to see is

#1 CG bug flattend hard

#2 "Full" usage of Multi Core ( utilize only 50% on my dual core rig with vanilla 1.1) since it jogs and yerk at max speed can take 2-3sec for 1h then 3-4 hours take only 1 sec ( not ingame 23:00 to 00:00 and it's only 1936 )...

#3 As Indiana's #3 number 2 wish

We're aiming to spend a 1-2 weeks just improving performance and adding the most commonly requested interface/automation things you want, while improving AI where possible.

We all sat down on friday afternoon and discussed what people wanted from playing the demo and the first 1.1 players.

I'll get the roadmap up early next week.

Do you know if this will this fix the performance problem with unplayable lagging that I have been experiencing?

Production Screen

I do not want to turn over my Production to the AI.

Why can't the AI handle setting the production sliders for me and let me run the actual units produced like I could in HOI2? There should at least be an option to seperate unit production from the production sliders. Also, I should be able to set priorities for this as in HOI2. You know, but giving it priorities for setting the sliders.

I'll never buy another game pre-release from Paradox through GamersGate. This has been the most disappointing experience yet with a Paradox game, and I've been playing them since EU2 in the mid/late 90's. It is true they all have bugs in the beginning, but I've never seen one so bad that the damn game was unplayable a la the CG bug.

You guys can kiss their butts for putting out a fast patch if you want, but I say its the least they can do. There's no excuse a bug this bad to have made it out of beta. I do appreciate the long-term patching they do for their games, but this is the worst cluster frag of all-time. Even vanilla Rome didn't suck this bad...

I know they'll get it fixed, which is great. What I will not do is thank them for it. This is their job as a business to make their product worth buying. As a customer who so far has NOT gotten what he's paid for in this game, I'm not thanking them for the aggravation. No patch will ever give me back my time or distress chasing down the fixes and following the forums.

You're doing something wrong.

Let's examine the picture:
1. Too many troops, giving severe attack penalties
2. It counts as a beach landing as you can also make out
3. ... against a fortified beach head
4. ... in crappy weather
5. ... with tons of panzers, not really suited for a beach assault

I'd say: not a bug.

hmm 21000? men + 350? tanks are in combat vs 12000? defenders in forts everything is possible:

you should look at the eff of your units.. - the defenders will still prolly fall soon. How long have they been holding out?

the reserves obv cant sit in the same space to fire their guns..
