What about the IRaq/Syria events

Have the Iraq/Syria events been fixed?
IRL iraq joined the axies and the event's message box says so, too, but it's not happening in the game in 1.1.

I know this is just recently released,but here is a suggestion to the devs:for 1.3,could you add an action to the ones that are possible to the events do the flags can be changed according to ideology,like in Vicky?

I doubt 1.3 is going to happen, and if is does it will probably just be bugfixes.

Depends on your version. If you have the anthology game it is in armageddon forlder and if you have regualr doomsdag with armageddon booster pack from gamers gate it is in doomsday folder.

- Defective sprites.
- Broken clocks, which sometimes can result in weird lack of action by my troops, etc...

Not one to complain, but . . .

There is one consistant problem which has never been addressed:

All the the AI control files in DB/Events still carry:

deathdate = { day = 29 month = december year = 1948 }

Think that this could be changed?

- I use Bebro sprites and they work fine.

- The broken clock is small problem. Attack "manually" instead works fine...Nontheless a fix for this would be great!

Yes it is but the coup is being crushed because of British presence in Iraq.

It happened because of the AI did not take into consideration the number of brigades in the build que when ordering new, combined with the undeployable brigade bug resulted in the AI in some circumstances started making fleets like mad to put all those units in which it where building and not able to deploy.

Or something along those lines.

Seeing as that bug was encoded into the save file, it will only be fixed when you start a new game. There is a way to manually fix the save file to remove the bug and allow you to deploy the naval brigades listed in a post on this forum somewhere.

I wouldn't count on a 1.3 patch. More likely next HOI project will be HOI III.

They fixed subs people.They balanced stuff somehow in the logics of the game!
I am observing and "suffering "becouse of behavior of subs and their desteny from the days of old HOI II.
For the first time since old HOI II was released subs are satisfactory balanced!
I am happy,and from now on only enjoying this capital and fully matured game.
To the day HOI III will be released,whenever this will be.
Thank you Mr Johan,and Paradox dev. team, again. :D
