I know. I wonder if colonizing in Trade Company region as Russia will change culture, but as Sweden won't.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
In that case, common sense tells me no and that the new rules apply regardless of the colonizing nation. We won't know for sure until the patch is released, though.
I did not see a mention of the African improvements such as more provinces tradenodes and nations s that DLC or not
Map expansion is always free.
It's mentioned in the "Setup":
- Added provinces and many new tags to Eastern Africa.
- Added provinces and many new tags to the Congo Basin.

I am in Brisbane Australia and i been on the 5th of April for around 17 hours and no game yet. Does anyone know when the expansion will be released? I want to go ahead and play it and i hate waiting .
Put them back the way they were originally announced.

- It is now possible for primitives to Reform Religion/Government if they have a total of 18 tech levels (between adm, dip and mil) even if they do not border a western country. Reforming in this way will not give any free tech boost.
utterly useless, you still need to westernise via western neighbor, only even weaker due to lacking tech boost, and by the time you got 18 techs the europeans should have reached the new world as that would take well into the 16th century with 150% techmalus.

If they decided to make game more realistic and thats why now Turkish culture and Azerbaijani is in diffirent culture groups, its just a huge mistake.. To make game more realistic then they need make ummah groups for Muslim countries that is more logical. Just like there is personel unions for Christians and no for Muslims in the game. For example in the past your natinality wasnt important for Muslim countries but which denomination of İslam was. So it is Sunni and Shia. Old Turkish countries (such as Safavid Persia and Ottomans) had many wars just because of this reason. And in the Ottoman Empire everyone could be second man in the empire after Sultan if youre Sunni Muslim and your natinality wasnt important. There was a time for almost 300 years without any Turkish Sadrazam (which is like nowadays Prime Minister). In Turkey and Azerbaijan people are just same nation, they are describes themselves as "One nation in two states". You should keep in your mind to understand.
