shouldn't that read... mothballing *less often taking place?

I read it as: the AI has less money budgeted (i.e. set aside) for fort maintenance, so they're more likely to mothball in order to stay within the constraints of that budget.

Does the game minimize and restart for anyone else when you click the "Back" button in the Single Player menu?
An undocumented „feature“ since 1.14.

Cant see any Lithuanian dev nerf, it is still 346 just like in 1.14.4
Because they didn't promise Lithuanian dev nerf for 1.15. It's for 1.16, whenever that's ready.

On the side note, overall agreeing that level of developement of this land was unaccurate and ahistorical, I wonder what Lithuania will get in exchange to be formidable opponent for Muscovy in 1444 as it was historically.

Sure, I'll look into adding a very hard difficulty setting.


Might I suggest something, on top of whatever else you come up with, perhaps:

Hard: Scaled tax/manpower malus, starting at 100 total development through 1000 total development. 100 development = no tax/manpower malus, 1000 development = -30% tax/manpower malus.

Very Hard: ~1.5x the above.

Heck, I'd introduce this into Normal difficulty and just soften the blow a little. Perhaps -20%, -30%, -40% at 1000 development at Normal, Hard, & Very Hard.

Given all the positive modifiers at play this won't do particularly much to increase difficulty but it certainly can't hurt.

Is everything ok with naval battles?
My Castillian starting fleet - 3 heavies and 10 transports wins battles against Berbers but never sinks any ship, even when it was clash with Granadan 4 transport fleet.
Trade fleet don't have such problems sinking whole Granadan trade fleet. So is it something with heavies?

Anybody has this problem? Seems very weird.

While the country modifiers view is great, can you please consider making the shortcut something other than ESC? I've always used that for closing the interface.

Alternatively, and perhaps more ambitiously, please consider making keyboard shortcuts customisable without a mod.

While I'm on feature requests: I noticed there is no way to see culture on the new game screen. You need this information to choose a country for some achievements, e.g. you can't get "Je maintiendrai" as Brabant because they're Flemish.

They think they have a higher chance winning vs trade ships so they are less inclined to retreat.

Heavies they know they will lose so they are retreating asap

My 1.14 Ironman saved games appear to be incompatible in 1.15. Steam updated the game on it owns, and I was about to accomplish an achievement :-/. Do I have to start over?

I guess that's not a guaranteed penalty since you can still put those points into other things. Hmm, I'm actually not sure if it's a good or bad thing to have fewer slots with more available points. Will have to play with it a bit.
