We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
If they knew that as a fixed date it would be already announced.
The whole point of public beta patches is that they do not transition to official patches until ready, that is with no show-stopper bugs. We just have to wait until testing shows the code is suitable for full-scale release.

When do they finish their holidays?
Wasn't the patch primarily released as Beta so they could get it into our hands whilst they were away on holidays?

I'm not sure how you missed the dev diary posted a few days ago - they are well back from the holidays.
Yes, but that doesn't mean the beta magically transitions to production-ready the day they get back ... !
