Alright, mine is working as expected, but as i've seen, for example, Picardie has no fort. So 1444 sitaution is 1.12 but new rules are 1.13 because in a peace deal i couldn't take provinces i wasn't able to core.

Do you think that 1.13 is better for WC than 1.12? (Coalitions and AE are the reasons why i ask)

This is beautiful, thanks again for the good work Paradox!

I had just started playing EUIV again after a long hiatus due to worries about Common Sense, but after giving it some play-throughs recently and seeing this patch, it all seems pretty awesome to me!

In the patch you made some changes to development, do you need Common sense to change development?

Yes, increasing Development is a Common Sense feature.

- Cost to develop provinces now increases non-linearly, with no additional cost for development levels below 10 and a scaling increase at 20, 30, 40, etc. Overall cost is cheaper at low levels, about the same at mid levels and much higher at very high levels.
- You can no longer improve a province's Base Tax, Production or Manpower if its value is already more than that of the other two combined (so for example, if Base Tax is 3 and Production/Manpower 1 each you can only improve Production or Manpower).
Awesome, non linear systems are always nice. This is almost like... a softcap.

- Blockaded is now a simple fixed modifier, instead of using incomprehensible scaling.
Not sure I like this, I like complexity, it doesnät have to be understandable if it helps the system to feel real and alive rahter than like... well a game.

- Wine is now worth 2.5 at start, and increases by 25% instead of 50% from later events.
- Reduced trade power from provinces.
- Reduced trade power effect of Important Centers of Trade and Tolls.
- Reduced maintenance of light ships.
All good changes. Light ships were a bit weak lately, that said are you sure you're not overdoing it? I mean both reducing costs and relative value of them.

- Rank 2 countries now get +1 diplomat, and rank 3 countries +1 free leader.
- Ambrosian Republic now has 4-year election cycles (up from 3).
Good changes, especially the latter one, increasing the leader with +1 +1 +1 every three years was really powerful.

- 'Large Nation in HRE' and 'Small Nation in HRE' vote modifiers are now based on development instead of number of provinces.
- Reduced Imperial Authority change from number of princes, foreign control and free cities.
- Countries on a different continent than the current Emperor are no longer eligible to be Emperor.
Nice changes, I assume you mean with capitals on another continent? Having colonies shoudl not make you not be able to become emperor.

# Natives
- Native assimilation now gives + to goods produced instead of -development cost (as the latter was useless in many provinces).
So from a scaling development cost reduction (because the costs scales) to a flat +1 produced goods?
Do not want!

- Added decision to lower the development cost of the Amsterdam province.
- Added decision to form Tuscany.
Great change but I would have liked a more general system for the former, there are many wild areas that have been tamed by man.

- Most event-given advisors will now come with a salary discount.
Thank ou so much I hated getting the wife character when playing ethiopia and not being able to afford her.

I know that I said this since the game was relased but: The decision to form through diplomacy or through war a country have different names in every other countries, why the two decisions to form sardinia-piedmont are with the same name and text?

Hmm I haven't tried out the parliament but from what I understand there's no reason not to spam seats on every province and just ignore the debate system right? So you should get 10% more manpower,tax,production,-5 years of seperatism as well as the automatic autonomy decrease.

Also is the ae reduction directly proportional to the admin efficency?

If you load the old game, save, and after restarting the game, load it again, you can make it save compatible and ironman mode still available. You won't get 1444 changes, but the rest is still perfect
