The "repay debt" allows only £100 per click.
The payment buttons in negotiations allow £100 per click, or £1000 per click if you hold shift.

What I would like to see in both cases is:
- A normal click gives £100
- Shift-click gives £1000
- Ctrl-click gives £10000, £50000 or even £100000

I find my self offereing 100% deals in negotiations only because I find it a waste of time having waited for the money to accumulate and end up having the deal rejected.

not show the war attrition of the enemy. It's hard enough to asses you own attrition. And it's totally unrealistic that you'll know when the enemy will break or how much damage he has sustained,

anyhow, if you've got the feeling you are doing better compared to your adversary, just keep up the good job,

that's the whole idea about this war attrition!:D

It goes "quick". For the really big deals, you can end up holding the mousebutton for a few minutes. Would be much better to have a second accelerator in addition to shift.

All the major nations are ahistorically technologically advanced already. This would just make it worse.

Personally I think the literacy bar needs to be more dynamic. 2% increase in literacy per year is ambitious but possibly realisable when you have 15%, but by the time you're at 80% it should be getting harder and harder to increase it. Even today the advanced nations don't have literacy rates of 100%.

Actually, there are a select few who are considered to have full literacy :D

Other than that I agree. The return on investment for education => literacy should slow down to a trickle as it gets higher. Also, a larger investment should be required to keep literacy at a high level.

Please, please, please, please, please allow us to offer and demand resources through the Open Negotiations panel in diplomacy. Ideally we should also be able to set the "deal" as a continously monthly/daily one ending in a year's time, but even a one off would be great. Adding this into the peace treaty section would be great too, e.g. a victor could demand a daily/montly supply of 10 oil for a year.

Yeah, also make it so that you can demand provinces on behalf of your allies. As alliance leader I can't seem to demand provinces on behalf of my ally Texas unless the Mexican AI offers them itself.

I'd also like to be able to demand the enemy's claims buildings in a peace.

1) If you have a specific province in mind, the right-click menu gives you a direct access to building units for that province; have you tried that?

2) There is already a revolt-risk map, so I guess you're asking for more colours in it? (Unless you're playing 1.00; think it was introduced in 1.01)

What would be even better is a button that says "Pay off Full Debt" and it will pay as much of the debt as you can. Or, alternatively, have a check box that would allow income to go directly to paying debt. Quite often if I don't need the money I want to continually pay the debt so that the interest goes down.

A change in colors for the infrastructure map. When you change rail tech, it goes from green to white. However, when you get a new rail level available, everything goes green again (some are slightly darker, but still hard to see). How about different colors for different rail levels, instead of just green or white?

Also, why can't you improve multiple levels of railroads at one time? Kinda odd to build 'experimental rails' when you have steel railroad tech available. it should be simple to pay the total cost at one time (both time-wise and resource-wise) vs. multiple builds.
