I'm so impressed by Johan, Patric, and gang that I think Paradox deserves much for their dedication to those of us who get such great enjoyment out of their hard work. I know its a game and all but such loyalty to your customers should not go unrewarded, regardless.
Perhaps donations are in order to keep the funds out of greedy publishers claws and ensure HoI2, EUIII, and Victoria 2.0 see the light of day...

A year ago I was waiting for HOI and it has given me countless hours of value as it continues to improve. Now I find myself waiting for Victoria with even greater anticipation and as with HOI, the improvements are continuous.
I don't post alot, I just play and enjoy. Years ago I bought virtually every wargame SSI put out based on their ability to deliver a product I could trust. Paradox has acheived a level of trust with me comparable with the SSI of old which is about a good a compliment as I can deliver.
My EB pre-order has been in for a month and I've the week of Thanksgiving off, the kids relegated to their own PC's and I'm hoping for bad weather.

Unfortunately the weekend after I get the game is opening weekend for deer season here... So I won't be playing right away. I assure you though that as soon as I bag a deer, I'll be back to play some Victoria. :rofl:

Well, since I can't play Victoria until tomorrow I'd prefer a new EU2 patch in the meantime.
To me it seems like Victoria is more like HoI than EU2 which might not be that good as I found HoI had too much micro management. I really hope I don't have to manage convoys, the number one reason I dind't like HoI. But tomorrow I'll know...
