Passive abilities and armor bug

My passive abilities don't activate in battle and the armor of my main character is set to 0 since I began a New Game + with last DLC. I join some screenshots, my current save file and a save before New Game +.

Armor bug seems to be fixed now but the passive abilities are still inactivated in battle.
