The year is 1689 and i'm playing as France and I'm allied with the Commonwealth. They call me into a war against Russia and i accept.
This war should be easy, my army is very powerful right now and my manpower is almost maxed.
Then Mecklenburg (the shortest route between our countries) refuses to give me military access. Then every other country with a landroute to the enemy refuses me access. So now I can't join the fighting.
I think there should be a mechanic where I can still move my army into Mecklenburg(as an example) just to pass through, but they will get a Casus Belli on me and I should lose prestige for violating their sovereignty. But it should not be impossible to march through neutral territory.
