Passenger Ship Lines

Is there a way to create and manage Passenger Ship Lines? With IPT installed I see they have an option for Ships (Not Ferries, I know how that works and it works well). I am talking about the big Cruise Ships. I want to control and build Cruise Ship lines. I have Ships Mod so I can build the path, but I don't have a Ship STOP.

Transport Lines Manager has always been the mod that did this. Not sure how it works at the moment. Setting up lines was a bit more tricky, but it worked. At least I had some functioning ship line in the game once.

Found it. The STOP creator was at the bottom of a huge list of assets in that category.
