I think we should consider parties that don't make the 'cut' to still be parties though only to small to get into parliament, in effect like an intresst group with parliamentary ambitions. Also if the present situation with only two legal parties persist the Liberal Democracy might launch an initiative to amend the constitution so that not the majority of EUtopian population is without parliamentary representation.
