Partisans; Do they have their own tag?

As I stated, do partisans have their own nation tag in the game? You see the thing is that I found that partisans should have some doctrine techs, specifically the Guerrilla Warfare tech found in Doomsday. However, in order to add it I have to know what nation tag the partisans have (or if they have one at all).
