I've been playing a scenario where as Sweden I join the Allies from 1942. Having thrust the Germans out of Norway I now find the Norwegians either think they are Germans or are just intensely hostile to their would be Swedish liberators with a very high revolt risk. I can't seem to be able to liberate them, perhaps because the USSR snatched 3 northern provinces.
I know Norwegians and Swedes have a friendly rivalry but this ridiculous.
