"Parth to Heaven": A Story of Oda clan(!)

Prelude: Avalanche​

A. Sun and Storms

Long time ago, there was a heaven. That heaven was under a man of Shiba. All protectors of Shiba believed as loyal to Sun. In the time of benevolence, Yoshikado, the greatest son of the Shiba, was the protector of the heaven.

Time was come and storms gathered so that Sun disappeared. Yoshikado joined ceremony for Sun in Kyoto. Heavy storms arrived. All scattered. He ran away, gathered his eagles and made address.

"Dear My glorious eagles. Storms coming.
Storms blowing our sun. Storms trampling our earth. Storms scattering our cloud.
Go! Peck them! Protect MY heaven."

B. In the Heaven

There is a eagle whose sit on the corner. That eagle thought.

'Toshihiro, you were lucky. Lucky to inherit earth. But you now face avalanche.'

He throw a question.

"How pecking storms? Too many storms coming. I have a tiny claw. Storms have thunder to burn everything......"

Lord Yoshikado merely look him. Toshihiro lost his word. Another thunder stormed his heart. Next day, he received a gift.

"My gift from the heart. -Shiba Yoshikado"

There was a bowl. Empty bowl. He ran away from heaven....... :ninja:

C. Nest of Nakashima

Hisa, his wife, whispered.

"Lord who cannot protect his people is not Lord. Avalanche will occur. You should protect your people from that catastrophe."

Also, his most brave general, Fumitane spoke.

"Tono, we can fight with them. Even ALL will be DISAPPEARED."

Great worry of Toshihiro, the eagle of Nakashima-Niwa, growing and growing with that night......

Act I. On the Earth ​

A. Against the heaven

Next day morning, Toshihiro made his mind.

For the success, he visited his relative, Toshisada, very brave worrior and the Kokujin of Kasugai and Haguri.

"Yoshikado will defeat and non-local lord would ruling. There was no place for the people of Owari. Will you face this tragedy? Will you?"

Toshisada despaired.

"Only hope is Oda clan himself. Oda clan stand strongly on the Owari with Owari people, then there will be no despair. It is imperative. Do consider that!"

The journey to home was very tired and worrisome.
Toshisada no answered.

B. Fishing for Fishing

A few day later, Toshihiro received a letter.

Immediately, he did next steps: Fishing.

"My humble son is now 9 years old. Even now he fighting with his little enemy:deer. I heard your daughter's honour. She save baby bear. It is good virtue. How about consider these little evil? Some day we will return to the sky, and they will remain with solo. Rather than solo, standing together seems good to me. How about your opinion? Signed, Oda Toshihiro"

After sun arising 7 or 8 times, answer was arriving.

"I accept your proposal. Signed, Hachisuka Masaaki"

Fishing succeed. Hachisuka Masaaki, the Kokujin of Kaito, now accepted good relation with Oda clan.

Toshihiro boldly did next step: Fishing!?!

C. Another Heaven

Toshihiro went fishing in Kaito and whispered to Masaaki. Fishing itself was successful: a very Big bass was fished.

After a few days which passed very slowly, he received a letter from Masaaki.

A day which dreamt before long years old come.

Act II. Heaven versus Heaven​

A. A new heaven

Oda clan independence. Some provinces of Owari under Oda clan. That provinces now safe from storms. Oda clan's first leader Toshihiro but not totally happy. First, his rivals such as Shiba clan has more soldier than him. Second and most important thing is that: Heir of clan is not his 'humble' son, Toshiro.

But dividing in the clan means falling. He suppress his desire temporarily. He ordered upgrade of castle of Nakashima to his master of arms, Fumitane. As he felt threat from his loyal heir, Toshisada, he ordered his master of the guard, Fujiatsu, to gather ninja group in Nakashima.
The most important task to him was recruiting his retinues. They will only listen his order. They will move only his order. And they will bring the lands to him directly.

B. New years greeting to Shiba Yoshikado

Good harvest followed. Snow fallen properly. And new year of 1468 come. He ordered raising of all of armies of Oda clan and gathering them to Nakashima.

He declared war with Shiba Yoshikado to liberate Owari from Shiba clan.

Denouement: Dreaming of World​

A. Advancing

Oda clan's loyal and brave soldiers advanced to Kaisei.

And dear heir attacked and surrounded castle of Aichi. Lord should help vassal. It is responsibility of Lord.

In the end of all, Aichi fell into the hand of Toshisada: His most likely enemy and hately friend.
His loyal-brave soldiers rushed and took Yamada.

Toshisada, his likely enemy and heir, advanced to Aomi. Lord should aid vassal......

One owari province remained of Shiba Yoshikado: Chita. Lord Toshihiro's most bravest soldiers rushed to Chita! Daimyo of Owari is near!
