Having just read the new Dev Diary I thought I would give a small idea for an estate in nations with a parliament.
Parliamentarian/Republican Estates would only exist in Constitutional/English Monarchies. Aiming to increase the power of the national parliament they would directly compete with noble/royalist estates. If one side is ignored enough it could trigger a disaster like the English Civil War with the ignored side rising up in order to overthrow the government and turn it into either a Constitutional Republic or Absolute Monarchy. The English Civil War could still be it's own special set of events/disaster but I feel it would add an extra level of depth to Constitutional Monarchies.
