One more thought...Parliament should vote automatically with some chosen debates but during debate some events should occur to modify the opinion of the Members.There shouldn't be any options directly, to raise percentages of the passage of the proposed bill.A monarch can choose a bill to start debate but should not have influence over the bill like the way it has now except some random events during debate.There should be more options on debate lists,like when during war- if the war is not going well enough especially then parliament should oppose continuation of the war.if denied or ignored then national unrest and war exhaustion should rise up dramatically.This can be an independent event or related to Parliament.I propose parliament should intervene in actions of monarch more often like declaring war or accepting peace terms with random event with good or bad effects.even when some debate is not going on..
