Don't know if you read what helped me, but did you link the Steam account today and also paid attention to granting permission? If not, or if you are not sure, repeat this process.

That's exactly what I asked though! About my Steam games not showing up on the Plaza.
(I still got my DLC because my Steam account is linked. You can't manually add them to Plaza.)
<--- Those ones are not on the plaza, only Stellaris and Tyranny!

Meh, I found this process too complicated. Great promotion though. Why not a simple giveaway by just one-click on Parklife DLC as long as you own CS on Steam and NOT rely on a Paradox Launcher/Login?

But it would be even more epic if the vanilla game of Cities Skylines is given away instead and then people will be flooding making cities for more online activity.

Nothing shows up in my games section on paradox plaza, despite owning Cities Skylines. I think this also means I can't receive the DLC. Can anyone help?

It does not mean that at all. That has no effect on anything.

The DLC is sent out once per day and as long as you've fulfilled all the criteria you'll get it eventually. Please go over all the steps again as detailed in this thread and tripled check that you've done everything needed to get it.

We are aware that it has taken more than 36 hours for some customers and this is currently being investigated. Don't worry, as long as you fulfill the criteria, you will get the DLC! Also, remember not do disconnect and reconnect your Steam account until your DLC has been granted as this will reset the 36 hour timer.

Today is my birthday (24 April) and I saw this thread when I ran the Launcher to play Cities Skylines now. The only missing among the DLC I wanted to buy was, Parklife DLC. Really! I bought all the DLC I wanted to but Parklife. This campaign you made was like a birthday present for me! The first and only gift I received today! Thank you so much!
