I’ve doen it 24 hours ago, still waiting really stressful. I think I have done all the things you have to do. Is there a way you can really check if you have them?

You can check that your accounts are linked from the Paradox account, where you can also check that you are signed up for the newsletter and have checked Cities: Skylines on the list. Then there's just checking your Steam profile to make sure it's set to public and also displays your games. If all that is in order, you just need to wait. And even if you have missed something, there's plenly of time to wait the 36 hours and discover something missing, fix it and still get the DLC.

That piece that you're linking doesn't actually apply to people who own the games on Steam, and only makes it more confusing for them. It specifically says on there that you can use an activation code for games that you bought OUTSIDE of Steam or Paradox Store. (You don't actually get a code when you buy on Steam)

Anyway, I got my reply earlier... just one word from AndrewT: "No."
That's all I needed, I understood. It doesn't matter if the games don't show up on the Paradox page, so long as you own them on your linked Steam account.

I assume you mean the unintentional fires in Parks? Yes, it got fixed in one of the last patches.

As long as you have done the rest of the requirements, it's all good. Steam is used to verify that you have the game, so it isn't a problem that your Paradox account doesn't show as having the game.

Oh that's why it didn't show up there! I opened a ticket about it on the Helpdesk about that problem.

I have been waiting for over 36 hours for the dlc, I did everything, signed up for the newsletter, for an account, I enabled all the game privacy settings to public, but still no dlc. Please help!

I am in the same boat, technically if it doesn't appear in 5 hours it would mean that I did something wrong. And who knows the reason, I did everything they asked for

Bought the game last night, explicitly because this promotion was happening. Account was linked to steam already, and has been since the very first time that linking system was live. Steam profile and games are public. Waiting to actually play it once the DLC has been granted, but I'm concerned it won't be issued because of me having no previous play time.

There isn't much reason to wait. Your DLC will automatically be available to your city as soon as it becomes installed. You'll want to have some funds built up to even afford to start a park.
