Parking Spots in Asset Editor?

I see that parking spaces are common with many assets but I don't see any in the asset editor. How are people making parking spots with the assets? If it's a prop we must subscribe to, I never got any prompt to download one. So I assumed they were in the editor as options. Basically my question is how do I make parking spots for my assets?
