I would like to see the parameter levels for zoning at one to ten let's say. You choose the level of density through numbers of one to ten not low ,medium, high . Let's say you want the town to be small . The parameters for the low density would be set at level one. Meaning that the simulator will only create buildings at a 500 to 1,200 square foot range like a small trailer park home to a small 1 storey single family dwelling, keeping the town small and quaint. As the parameters level moves higher the more square footage you can have . From a 1,200 to 2,000 square feet and so forth .Creating the next level of structures like a bigger home, duplexes, town houses small to large apartment etc. At the same time the meter level rises to the next parameter . It issue permission on how many storeys you are allowed in a building. Aso in each level there will be a variety of homes that you can choose create that subdivision. For example if your creating a trailer park .there'll be a variety of trailor homes to choose from. This will keep things uniformed allowing you to craft your town. You can also mix the residential zoning tile levels if you want. Creating a variants in height and size of building the closer you get to the down town core. These parameters will also be used for industrial and commercial zonings roughly in the same manner. For industries and shopping malls the height in storeys may vary. As the town reached a new milestone in population the simulator will grant you the next levels of zoning parameters of buildings to choose from.

Like to hear some feedback good or bad on the levels of zoning Thanks.
