Parallel building of manufactories

In the older versions, building several manufactories at once was a way to avoid the increase in price for each. Is it still that way?

Sorry to ask, but I had a break of about two years, before I got re-addicted to EUII a few months ago.

Partially. Building prices increase with each manu you start building, but only 150d (IIRC ) each. But after completion of a manu, the "buy price" goes up a lot (depending on how many you've build). The more you can purchase before completion of the first (2 year period) the better. But of course no need to wait till you have 50k. That's overdoing it .

I usually go for 3 at once if I have anything near a decent economy or 2 if I am rather poor.
