Can paratrooper divisions have artillery, anti-air or anti-tank battalions or just support companies?

Should be no problem to deploy AT or Art with your paras.

But you can. aa/at/art companies are fine and will follow the paras wherever they go, just not whole battalions of them.

Artillery, anti-tank and anti-air can be assigned as support companies, which will adopt to the division, including the ability to being paradropped. If you add them as regular battalions they will lose the ability tho.
