What happened to this game? It is as if almost you have completely forgotten about and/ or abandoned it altogether. No DLC in 3 years and no announcement that I have seen regarding a 3rd installment. So any news?

It's an old game and they've been focused on their other series. It's natural for games to age and die over the course of time. Check one of the numerous "Vic3 news?????" threads, and you'll see there's nothing concrete other than a hint dropped a few years ago. For what it's worth, a few of the PDS guys put together a little beta patch at the end of last year that fixes and adds a few things.

Hopefully they'll be announcing Vic3 soon, although we have no reason to think they will, other than hope.
