Currently the Patriarch of the East is based in Antioch, now I ask why? Should'nt he be based in Bagdad and also for the title of Patriarch of the East has no history, this list should do. Also I do beleive the Patriarch should be of Levantine culture instead of Greek

So Paradox I hope you are reading this and make some of these changes. ;)

You're right, he should be based east of Syria.

I Paradox may have confused the nestorians a.k.a. assyrian church with the Syrian Christians a.k.a
maronite, Armenian and other churches.

The assyrians are the guys who had never been under any Roman empire. The syrian Christians are the guys who used to be subjects of the eastern Roman empire until the Arabs conquered them, and had nothing to do with nestorians, they were a totally different bunch of groups.
