Calling people 'nationalists' without knowing what country they are from is pretty low. There should be stricter rules on this.

Yes League of Lezhe would be more appropriate at 1444.
But even that League did not represent Albania or Albanians. It was a League that included some feudal lords that were Albanian but also Serbian.
It represented a rebellion against Ottomans, not nationalism. Some Albanian feudal lords fought against League of Lezhe.

If you identify as serb without being citizen of Serbia you still can be serbian nationalist, without saying you are.
For instance in Austria we have german nationalist in the parliament and also in 2016 one german nationalist ran for president.
Citizenship has nothing to do with nationalism or country ethnicity you identify with.

Just report/ignore the offending users. As for the 'more civilized than us', I would regard it as nationalism as people can take great offense towards it, you're not just insulting one person, but an entire country.
It really should be looked at more. But that's starting to go off-topic now so I'll leave it with just my opinion.
No calling me a Serbian nationalist indicates I'm from Serbia which I'm not. I may be a 'Serb nationalist' but I'm not from Serbia therefore he shouldn't assume I'm a nationalist of any sort if you from a specific country without even knowing where I'm from

I'm not saying that you're nationalist, but you can be nationalist even if you're not a citizen of the country you're being nationalistic about.

It's not an offensive term, since it has legitimate descriptive uses. However, it does tend to be a loaded term, because words do not exist in a Platonic cultural vacuum, so should not be used casually.

It isn't and I'm not offended by it but it gets a bit frustrating when I'm trying to make a legitimate suggestion about the game and my point gets undermined as the only reason I'm making it is because I'm a 'Serbian nationalist' and for that reason I shouldn't be listened to

If anything, you are the one asking to be treated with politically correct respect and that your argument not be categorized (which I fully agree with).

i was referring to the comment which stated my request to be offensive to people, like everything is offensive nowadays you have to tread so lightly. A simple request for a city to be included shouldn't offend anybody nor should i withhold my request in fear of offending anyone
If you are talking about Sharples he was on about "As for the 'more civilized than us',", not your original request for Belgrade. Though I should admit I'm bit confused what position he intended to take there.
