This game is a dynasty builder, but there is no way to directly compare the prestige and piety of a dynasty. There should at least be a list in the ledger for prestige and piety of world dynasties. Maybe a mechanic can be added for dynasty prestige, certainly in diplomacy. C'mon, paradox, would be easy to do!!! Lots of us would like to have a goal rather than just playing sandbox. Growing into the worlds most prestigious dynasty would be a fun game.

There are 2 parts:

1/ List of dynasties, with their respective Dynasty Prestige in the ledger: I agree. (But there is no "Dynasty Piety", so I don't know what you are talking about with that.)

2/ Added mechanic for Dynasty Prestige: actually, your Dynasty Prestige already adds to your Character Prestige at birth, which boosts opinion of people and eases diplomacy, so what you are asking for is already in the game. See: http://www.ckiiwiki.com/Prestige#Dynasty_Prestige

Side note: you may be confused because there are 3 closed but distinct notions:
-- Character Prestige (and Piety): represents *your* personal standing. Adds to your Dynasty Score on death, but not to your Dynasty Prestige. Increased or decreased by your actions.
-- Dynasty Prestige: represents the standing of your dynasty. Adds to your Character Prestige on birth, and to your spouse's Character Prestige on wedding. Increased on death of any dynasty member by their titles held, also counting the current titles of living dynasty members.
-- Dynasty Score: game objective with no effect on gameplay. Increased on death, by your Character Prestige + Piety. This is what is displayed on the End Game screen.

Hope that helps.

EDIT: corrected some slight mistakes and clarified.

Well... may be some times I would press this map-mode that will show me most prestige dynasty in game world but, it has no impotence to me because I can make them become less prestigious in next 10 years - what I'm saying is I don't see much use of it since it will change offten and doesn't really carry any important information or has any implication on the game or your dynasty or you as player - only for personal satisfaction?

And as was said above game already implements score, except its not measured against in game dynasties. May be they can also add comparison against in game dynasties too - I dont think it will hurt, just to see how others were doing. Though this to me is minor request rather than "right now" nor does it adds anything to game play. After all score is not the goal of the game. There are other things to add and twick that more important than this.

Religious authority also changes often, and it's still in the ledger. And Dynasty Prestige IS important for gameplay. That's what determines how much Prestige you get from a marriage or how much Prestige your child is born with. Plus there is the personal satisfaction yes, to see that your dynasty finally become more prestigious than the Karling, for instance.
