A large group of veteran soldiers have been protesting and causing quite a disturbance. They are claiming they have not been paid appropriately for fighting in recent war.

Trigger.
War exhaustion: +5
Not at war:

1) They are national Heros, we would pay at once: Lose 30 Ducats, lose 2 War exhaustion.
2) Its the nobles who should be paying: Aristocracy - 1
3) Ignore them: -2000 manpower, +1 War exhaustion
4) Crush them: 20% chance of Peasant rebels, 20% chance of Noble Rebels.

Description: Our country is hated through most of the known world and as an effect many peasants is leaving the country.

Trigger: Have 12 or more provinces, Have 20 or more infamy

Options:

1) Let them go, -35000 manpower -35% manpower for 10 years

2) Try to stop them, -300 ducats -20000 manpower -20% manpower for 10 years -1 stability

3) Make an effort to improve relations, -800 ducats -10000 manpower -10% manpower for 10 years -2 infamy

however, may change the MTTH and stack_modifier so that it will fire something about every 10-25y in a country.
It should honor the player for building.

Options - Low Tier
Option 1a) Send a letter of thanks : +5 for stability spending ( not +5 stab, only 5 gold invested in stability and when monthly income is over 250, 1/50 of monthly income)
Option 2a) Invite the people to receive a award : -10g, + 10 to the tech tree of the building ( or when monthly income is over 250, 1/25 of monthly income )
Option 3a) Visit the people and make a party for them : -25g, Local RR -2 for 10 y ( no scaling factors )

Options - middle Tier
Option 1b) The people are awesome : the effect of $province.building is increased by 50% for 10y
Option 2b) Promote the guys : an advisor of the tree appears ( military building -> military advisors and so on )
Option 3b) Encourage the people : (If applicable (no manufactories/unique building/lvl 6 buildings) & having a magistrates, but no need to have the next tier of building researched) Encourage the people :
3b.I : For 100% of the next building-step costs,-1 magistrates, build it instant ( not to have troubles with other buildings already built in this province ) ( 100% when the needed tech lvl for the building hasn't been reached yet)
3b.II : For 50% of the next building-step costs,-1 magistrates, build it instant ( not to have troubles with other buildings already built in this province ) ( 50% when the building has been researched already, and 50% for the knowledge,motivation they already have, )

Options - high tier
Option 1c) These guys are godlike and will have their place in the annels of history : the exceptional $type people of $province: the effect of all buildings of $province.building.type is increased by 100% for 25y
Option 2c) Use it for the national propaganda : 5% of yearly income are invested for stability.
Option 3c) Encourage them to spread their knowledge over our empire : if applicable, random province, which isn't building this type of building at the moment gets +1 at this type of building for completely free ( no gold, no magistrates, no build time )
Option 4c) They have revolutioned the $building.tech : 10% of the yearly income are invested in that tech tree. ( double than stab spending, because you can't chose the spending tree )

Also the opposite could be done, the people are failing at their job...
Another Idea is to stick the tier options to the lvl of buildings. lvl1,2 low tier - lvl3,4, middle tier - lvl5,6 - high tier

I would suggest that a 3rd option be added in which the country chooses to do nothing and loses either stability or gains infamy.

A lot of very nice events, we need some challenge, people!

Trigger: having <0 relations with a neighbour country

A damsel in distress!
A noble woman from our country has been kidnapped by a knight from a nearby kingdom, honour demands we save her!
Option 1) Negotiate a ransom: -1000 gold, -20 prestige
Option 2) Ultima Ratio Regum. War with said country

Hard to see countries going to war over a kidnapped woman...its not the middle ages. Also pretty much let's you go to war with whomever you want by getting relations down.

OK, two more suggestions to help warmongers that haven't blobbed yet.

The nobility agrees with our aggressive foreign policy
While people from other nations fears us, our aristocracy is enjoying the spoils our ruthless actions have given them.

Trigger:
- Own less than 20 provinces (more likely to happen for smaller countries)
- Infamy higher than 50% of the limit
- At war
- Possess at least one uncored, same continent province
- War Exhaustion less than 5
- Aristocracy higher than 2 (ie: slider less than -2)

Choices:
War is good for our country: +1 stability
Ask them to help in the war: -2 WE, +6 month worth of manpower
Maybe we went a little too far?: -2 infamy, +1 plutocracy


And an equivalent one, but for mercantile countries:

Our merchants are profiting from the newly acquired markets
Our traders have trouble making profit from foreign markets, so they are enthusiastic about the growth of our internal market.

Trigger:
- Own less than 20 provinces (more likely to happen for smaller countries)
- Infamy higher than 50% of the limit
- At war
- Possess at least one uncored, same continent province
- War Exhaustion less than 5
- Mercantilism higher than 2 (ie: slider less than -2)
